Tabletop Whale is a science illustration blog created by Eleanor Lutz,  designer in Seattle and a Bachelor in molecular biology from the University of Washington., USA.

Tabletop Whale published, every two to three weeks, charts, infographics and illustrations on science and technology based on reputable scientific sources like textbooks and peer-reviewed research papers.  infographics and charts are made in Photoshop and Illustrator. The author offers a guide to making GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format).

Anyone interested can participate in the design of infographics, as well as share information about interesting research that can be used to create new resources.

All infographics are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which can be used for noncommercial purposes and attributing the infographic to TabletopWhale.com or to Eleanor Lutz.
