MIRACLE: Mixed Reality Interactions across Contexts of Learning is a project linked to the Faculty of Educational Sciences and maintained by the University of Oslo and Research Council of Norway as part of the InterMedia project. The study is directed by Dra. Ingeborg Krange and a transdisciplinary team of researchers.

The purpose of MIRACLE is to design and develop new forms of interaction mediated by ICT in order to integrate activities in different learning environments for science learning, for example school, web and museum. The project also seeks to create new interfaces that produce “hybrid realities” to break the boundaries between the areas of learning and classroom learning spaces, and support the conceptual understanding of science.
